(This seems to be common with this book, and we have seen it on the few copies in store for longest time). Slight signs of dusting on top edge, and some minimal evidence of time on shelf. Hence, short of Mint, but Fine. - ##.- Preece, 1834-1913, was an outstanding engineer, and this is the first major biography.
