The study used a total of 30 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was done using SPSS program (20 versions) and presented in form of tables and percentages. Findings show that the most used promotion channel by Morogoro residents are TVs and Radios because a great number of people have access to TVs and Radios and believe it's easy to reach them using these channels. Respondents also mentioned social media to be thesecond most used promotion channel, on the grounds that a lot of people have access to the internet and own multiple social media accounts such as Facebook and Twitter and it's very easy to reach them that way.
