Originally published by Jonathan Cape in 1955. ***Very good in dark green cloth-covered boards with gilt titles to spine. Tail of spine very slightly bumped. No inscriptions. Spine tight. Pages clean and bright. In a very good colour illustrated dustwrapper which has not been price-clipped, showing original dual publisher's price of £8.00 and £7.95. Light horizontal crease running through front panel to back panel of dustwrapper [production laminating fault]. No tears.
