The print is mounted in a custom quarter-bound cloth and paper-covered presentation Folio. Hardcover. Quarter-bound in black cloth and paper-covered boards with title stamped in gray on cover; with printed, tipped-on label on spine; no dust jacket as issued. The book and print Folio are contained in a paper-covered slipcase. Photographs by Edward Burtynsky. Essay by Michael Torosian. 56 pp., with 25 four-color stochastic varnished plates printed on Utopia Premium ivory paper.
