Building on the groundwork laid in the Basic Alternatives to Violence Project Manual, this handbook uses circle-learning processes to explore topics related to conflict resolution like self esteem, affirmation, community building, team building, communication, cooperation, conflict transformation, power, anger, fear and discrimination.
