These weekly articles were printed for 3 years from November 1994 through May 1998. They are based on the author's thirty years of management experience with firms like Bell and Howell, Timex and HON Industries as well as smaller family run enterprises. The author has been a management consultant since 1991 and taught management classes in the College of Business Administration at the University of Northern Colorado so the input for the articles and book has many sources. About 160 articles are organized into 18 chapters with a range of four to fifteen articles per chapter. There is an extensive bibliography at the end of the book for further investigation by the reader. The articles were written for use in any type of organization in any industry and for any size enterprise. The principles covered have universal application and are timeless in nature. The book is in a paperback 6" x 9" format perfect bound with 280 pages. The cover has received many favorable comments as have the articles. Various single- word management terms appear on the cover in different fonts and sizes with shades of three different colors as a hint of the subjects covered in the contents.
