I would like to get into the response to potential pandemic and the necessity to address the psychological response. Obviously, back in the 1940 s, 1950 s, 1960 s there was that civil preparedness. Everybody got under their desks; everyone had a bomb shelter. There was a sense that we needed to get people prepared in the event of war, of World War III. One thing that it did for people is it gave them a sense that they had some control over their situa-tion. In light of these announcements from the 24 hour barrage of the media, a lot of people get anxious and nervous because they dont know what they are supposed to do. Do you not think that it is necessary for us to - even in light of the fact that now we have terrorism - to have people prepared in this country and to have a plan of action in advance at their work-places, at their schools, when they are traveling to work, when they are at home, or whatever the situation may be as to how to do, what to do, and things they need to follow in order to respond to a given scenario Isnt it important that they practice that sce-nario Shouldnt we, as a society, encourage that kind of civil pre-paredness so that there isnt a mass deluge of people to the emer-gency rooms in this country, which is exactly the opposite of what you want in a kind of situation like this Would you all comment on that Chairman T.
