The abdomen is retracted, tympanitic, tender on pressure, particularly in lower zone and iliac regions. No tumor palpable; no special tenderness anywhere. No spots, nor rash. Spleen not palpable, nor is dullness increased. Liver normal. Rectum: the mucous membrane feels a little rough perhaps otherwise normal.
