No doubt that the R&D procedure is clearly a learning process to transmute the unknown to the known (Silaen& Williams 2007). In R&D organization the scientists are the most important asset (Jain &Triandis 1990). They are the knowledge workers who are also known as problem solvers (Reich, 1991). For successful implementation of this knowledge the scientist should not only be theoretically and practically knowledgeable, but should be innovative (Silean& Williams 2007), vigorous, dedicated and absorbed in their work as well as an organization or in other words engaged. These are attained only when employees add value through their ideas, analysis, verification, reasoning, judgment and synthesis.
