ISSR and SSR markers were applied for genetic diversity and hybridity test. ISSR marker UBC-834 and SSR marker SES-143 was found for identification of both the GMS line (MMS-white and MSV-10-5-1). For TGMS line (TMS-3-6-7-9) SSR marker SES-33 was found for identification.
