The goal is that the train runs on time, be safe, well maintained, clean and that all passengers are satisfied. It is about making agreements (roles and responsibilities, upcoming tasks, goals, measurable) and ensuring that they are surrounded by people who adhere to their protocols. It is about excellent communication (daily, weekly, quarterly) and keeping in touch. This is an excellent job as a reward and recognition. We need to make sure that we do what we need, every day, week after week, quarter after quarter, so as not to lag behind our vision, and so that our vision is not just illusions.

Leadership involves a hierarchy: you do this because I am empowered to command you: leadership means finding the right person to achieve the result, and this may not be the most important person.
