Phase Two of a two-part work on wayfinding and environmental graphics in public buildings done for Public Works Canada. No date or design credit is indicated, but authorship is guaranteed. Profusely illustrated with black and white diagrams in the style of Arthur and Passini's subsequent book, WAYFINDING. Where the Phase One document was intended for design professionals, this second document was intended for facility and property managers, and as such, offers a unique series of checklists and guidelines for a "do-it-yourself" approach. (The Final 1990 publication was entitled: 1-2-3 evaluation and design guide to wayfinding : helping visitors find their way around public buildings : based on a consultant report / by Paul Arthur with Romedi Passini.
