Fragmented, disciplinary research and knowledge institutions and practices prevent and decelerate deep reflection of our learning concepts and practices. New forms of transdisciplinary co-operation between academic learning research and philosophy, different substance disciplines, systems thinking, evaluation research and different stakeholders are needed.
