Msafiri is a Catholic Priest from the Catholic Diocese of Moshi, Kilimanjaro Tanzania. He got a first class PhD on Environmental Ethics at the Vienna University, Austria in Europe in the year 2002. Since then, he has been lecturing, publishing and researching in different in different academic institutions, universities and NGOs within and outside Tanzania.
