Additionally he is the Member, Working Group of Empowering Disabilities, Eleventh Five Year Plan, Planning Commission, Government of India. Mr. A Kachhap, M A (Economics) from Ravishankar University, Rajpur and M Sc in Macro Economic Policy and Planning in Developing Countries from University of Bradford, UK. He has been serving at the Planning Commission, Government of India as Deputy Adviser (Social Welfare). Mr. Kachhap has published different articles on social issues and written two books entitled "Tribal at a Glance-A Statistical Profile" and "Impact of National Planning on Tribal Economy".
